Basic Yoga Workshop

There are many paths to follow on an inward journey, this workshop will introduce the fundamentals of basic yoga postures, the breath, alignment and centering, introducing you to the practice of yoga. In this intimate, safe environment you will be able to ask questions, learn what your body is capable of today and most important, as awareness gained begins to awaken inside you, a renewed sense of balance & harmony will follow.
$35 per workshop / $40 at door
