We will explore the new thinking on Heart
Disease from the Institute of Functional Medicine and review
how to eat, manage stress and rest. We will test
everyone on our new Heart Sound Recorder to test the rate,
rhythm and tone of you heart to tell what nutrients are vital
to your health!
