Basic Guacamole

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and coarsely mashed

1 large ripe tomato, diced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped

1 large lime, juiced

½ teaspoon ground cumin

Sea salt and pepper to taste 

 

Instructions

1. Coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.

2. Add all remaining ingredients and combine well.

3. Serve immediately with organic tortilla chips.

 

Makes about 3 cups
