4 ½ cups water
1/3 – ½ cup honey (depending on how sweet you like it)
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 4-7 large lemons)
1. If your honey is very thin, add the water and lemon to the honey and combine. mix everything together at the same time, starting with 1/3 cup honey. Add more honey for additional sweetness.
2. If your honey has crystalized or is firm, warm 1 cup of water and 1/3 cup honey in a saucepan over low heat. Stir to dissolve the honey and once dissolved, remove from the heat. This should only take about a minute. Add the remaining water and lemon juice and stir. Add more honey if desired.
3. Chill and serve!
